Did you know that distinct sounds and jingles are registrable as trade marks in Trinidad and Tobago? The Trade Marks Act 2015 allows for the registration of non-conventional marks including sound marks.

To date, the Intellectual Property Office of Trinidad and Tobago has accepted three sound marks for registration. Clover®is proud to announce that it orchestrated the registration of the third sound mark for our client, Travis World Entertainment. The well known Travis World dj drop was accepted for registration in February 2025, just in time for Carnival.

Clover® has also registered Travis World's logo and name as trade marks.
